Our Motto here with the State of San Andreas Medical services are be the change you wish to see. The San Andreas Emergency Medical Services is the primary medical provider for the state of San Andreas, handling both emergency medical response and clinical care. Boasting a full fleet of medical ambulances, supervisor chase vehicles, and off-road/all-terrain capable vehicles, the SAEMS also dispatches an air ambulance helicopter, GUARDIAN-1, for the most emergent and hard-to-reach calls.

The first step of the employment process within the San Andreas Ems/Doctor is to apply virtually through our Discord which is available below. Any questions? Be sure to ask us.
You will be contacted by San Andreas Medical officials if eligible for potential employment within our agency.
Upon review of your employment application, you will be invited to an interview if approved. You will be expected to attend an oral interview before moving forward in the department.

Step 3 Training
There is a preliminary probationary period for all new Medical within the EMS During this time, you will be expected to work closely with the Field Training Division to complete any training required.

The San Andreas State EMS pays for all equipment, uniforms, and vehicle expenses.

Mandated department-wide FTO course/exam, per the discretion of the trainer.
